MODEL: StroyBot 6.2
3D Concrete Printer for printing homes and other concrete structures up to 10 x 20 x 6 meters, or 30 x 60 x 18 feet.
The light-weight mobile printer will fit a truck and can be moved from site to site by a crew manually; it does not require a crane. If you are printing several homes in a row, it takes just a few hours to move and install to the next lot.
The printer can print with various materials and recipes for making concrete. Materials should be sourced locally.
The automated mixing station is included - it will screen materials, mix, and feed the mortar (‘ink') to the print head. No need to buy expensive pre-made mixes.
Mixing raw materials right at the job site allow the user to print a home for as low as just a few thousand dollars. A 150 sq.m /1600 sq ft house (the walls) can be printed at 2000- $5000 USD.
Printer includes:
1. gantry system
2. extrusion system (print head with nozzle)
3. mobile automated mixing station (screening, mixing)
4. automated raw material feeding system
5. control box (electronics, positioning and control system)
6. remote control and monitoring system (viewing progress of your print 24/7 )
7. safety system (prevents collision and automatically shut down system at need)

MODEL: LAByrinth 3D Concrete Printer/Ceramic 3D Printer/FDM pellet Printer
The LAB printer is designed for laboratories for the R&D Concrete Printing process, developing printing materials, exploration possibilities, and expanding the boundaries of concrete printing. The Printer will be the right choice for universities looking forward to experiment with 3D concrete printing.
The size of the printing envelope can be customized upon request to fit your lab, from 1 x 1 x 1 meters to 5 x 5 x 3 meters.
At our lab, we were using a similar model for R&D for the most experiments. You will be able to print some large objects - we used a similar printer in 2014 for printing the castle.
This printer does not include the mixing station- you will have to use your own mixer / pump to feed the mortar ('ink') to the print head.
