Concrete Printing System (“3D Concrete Printer”) includes:
        - movement system (gantry or robotic arm)
        - extrusion system (printing head with nozzle)
        - portable mixing plant (sand screening , mixing)
        - material pumping system (controlled by electronics)
        - control  box (electronics, positioning  and control system)
        - monitoring system (cameras/monitors tracking printing process)
        - safety system (prevents and automatically shut down system at need)

The precisely-calibrated printing systems allow printing of houses with zero waste materials with tolerance 1-2 mm.

All printers listed above include a portable mixing and pumping plant controlled by electronics that allows the use of most locally-available types of sand as the main ‘ink’ material to make the correct mix. It is a semi-automatic system and will be fully automatic in the next generation of printers.

Printing speed varies depending on conditions, skills, and complexity of the 3D Cement Printer model. On average, the printing speed is 100 sq. m. and 3m height in 48 hours.

Printers made out of Carbone/Kevlar Composite are more rigid and lighter, and as result, they perform more precise and faster printing. Additionally, they do not rust, which can be a critical advantage for regions with a humid climate.

Printers fit 40-feet shipping containers (shipping cost not included). All printers are sold as a Kit for self-assembly and require mechanical skills. Upon request, we provide training. Complaints with local construction codes are the responsibility of the buyer.

There are business opportunities to extend the technology to new regions. We are looking for partners for further development of the concrete printing technology and for bringing the technology to the interested geographies. Our current agenda includes starting production and assembling the machines. Machine assembly time varies from 3 to 12 months for different, specific models from the time payment is received.

Printing area for some printers may be customized upon request. The technology was tested in several climate conditions, and was approved for most countries. However, it will require the development of a specific mix for each country and region because of the differences in local material and climate. Thus, we are interested in setting up the Assembly Plant first and then developing the correct mix locally to be able to deliver proper technology adaptation.

At this time, we are not selling many of the printers in the United States. Our printing in the United States is limited to specific unique projects used to continue to raise funds for further development.
